'Tadamun' is Arabic for 'Solidarity'

The Cides stands in solidarity with all those who refuse to stay silent as human rights get crushed in the interests of imperialist and capitalist ambitions.

The Tadamun Festival is in its fourth year. It is a cultural event in solidarity with Palestine, and particularly at this time, raising support for the victims of genocide in Gaza.

This is a courageous thing to do because, if we ignore the suffering of those in Palestine, Sudan and Congo, we are losing our humanity. If we stay silent (= compliant), we will soon be the next targets of the forces of evil - in some places it has already started…
